The photograph shows overall normal signs of (storage) wear. It's complete with caption on the back. Theodor was the commander of the Schwere Kreuzer Admiral Scheer when he earned the Ritterkreuz on the 21st of February 1941.
Theodor also earned the 'namentliche Nennung im Wehrmachtbericht' in June 1941 and the Ritterkreuz mit Eichenlaub in October 1944 as Oberbefehlshaber Marine-Gruppenkommando West.
The size of the photograph is 13cm*18cm. Dated 9 October 1941.
