The document shows overall normal signs of wear. It's named to Obergefreiten Werner Brade who served in the Kriegsberichter-Einsatzzug Oberbefehlshaber Südwest. Oberbefehlshaber Südwest was formed in November 1943 in Italy and participated in the Landing in Anzio, Monte Cassino and Operation Slapstick.
The document is signed by the Oberbefehlshaber Südwest Albert Kesselring.
