Very nice Wehrmacht Feldzeug Kraftwafen Kolonne related Kriegsverdienstkreuz 2.Klasse award document in used, but very good condition.
The document shows overall normal signs of wear. It's folded in the middle. The medal was awarded to Gefreiten Wilhelm Studeny who served within the Feldzug Kraftwagen Kolonne 7.
The document is signed by General der Artillerie Eduard Wagner who was a conspirator against Hitler and part of the assasenation against Hitler that took place on the 15th of July 1944. Wagner arranged that airplane that took von Stauffenberg from Rastenburg back to Berlin after the bomb that was believed to have killed Hitler had exploded, which of course didn't happen. Because Wagner was afraid to be arrested by the Gestapo he decided to take his own life by shooting himself on the 23rd of July 1944.
