The documents show overall normal signs of wear. They are named to Oberleutnant Johannes Spickermann who served in the V.Abteilung Luftgau Nachrichten Regiment Belgien/Nordfrankreich.
The grouping consist out of;
- Message from Telex office that Spickermann has been promoted to Oberleutnant with effect of the 1st of September 1941.
- Kriegsverdienstkreuz 2.Klasse mit Schwertern. Issued on the 20th of April 1942.
- Message from the Wehrbezirkskommandeur that with effect of the 1st of February 1943 Spickermann has been promoted to Hauptmann.
