Very nice Wehrmacht Fahrkolonne related Kriegsverdienstkreuz award document set in used, but good condition.

The document shows overall normal signs of wear. It's named to Oberleutnant der Reserve Andreas Monecke who served in the 5.Schwadron Fahrkolonne 205. This unit was part of the 205.Infanterie-Division. This divison saw its first combat during the invasion of France in May 1940. After the defeat of France the division and her units stayed in France until the invasion of Russia started in June 1941. In Russia it operated in areas like Welish, Welikije-Luki, Newel and Kurland.
The set consist out of;
- Rank promotion document saying that Andreas was promoted from the rank of Wachtmeister to Leutnant on the 1st of June 1940. He served in the Infanterie Regiment 37.
- Kriegsverdienstkreuz 2.Klasse award document. Dated 1st of September 1943 and signed by the Generalleutnant un Kommandeur der 205.Infanterie-Division Generalleutnant Paul Seyffardt
