The grouping shows overall normal signs of wear. All solid and no damages. It's nemad to a Feldwebel Rudolf Müller who served in the Kolonne Bau Bataillon 44. This unit was formed in late August 1939 and saw it's first action during the invasion of the west. From June 1941 onwards it participated in the eastern campaign.
The grouping consisted out of;
- Ostmedaille award document. Dated 20 August 1942.
- Kriegsverdienstkreuz 2.Klasse award document. Dated 1 September 1942.
- Feldwebel rank promotion document. Dated 1 June 1943
- Eisernes Kreuz 2.Klasse award document. Dated 17 August 1944. Signed by Generalmajor Johannes Gittner.
- 3 private photographs of Rudolf.
