Very nice 5-piece award document grouping in used, but very good condition.
All documents in the grouping show normal signs of wear. It's named to Unteroffizier Friedrich Schweinfurth who served in the 14.(panzerjäger) Kompanie Infanterie Regiment 529.
The grouping consist out of;
Infanterie Regiment 529, later Grenadier Regiment 529, was formed in January 1940 and was part of the 299.Infanterie-Division. It saw it's first combat during the invasion of France that took place in May 1940. From June 1941 onwards it operated on the eastern front and fought in areas like Shitomir, Liwny, Gomel, Witebsk, Bobruisk and Heiligenbeil.
