The set shows overall normal signs of wear. The medals/awards were issued to Gefreiten Karl-Heinz Braun. Karl served in the 12. Kompanie Infanterie Regiment 65 which was part of the 22.(LL) Infanterie-Division. This division saw action during the invasion of the Netherlands, Russia, Crete, Afrika and Croatia.
The set contains out;
- Verwundetenabzeichen in Schwarz award document. Issued on the 18th of August 1942.
- Krimschild award document. Issued on the 10th of December 1942. Facsimile signature of Generalfeldmarschall Erich von Mannstein.
