Very nice aluminium Wehrmacht Infanterie Panzerabwehr related tag in used, but very good condition.
The tag or 'Erkennungsmarke' shows overall normal signs of wear. It belonged to a soldier who served within the 14.(Panzerabwehr) Kompanie Infanterie Regiment 485. This regiment was formed in late August 1939 and was part of the 263.Infanterie-Division. As part of this division the regiment saw action during the invasion of Belgium and France. From June 1941 onwards it operated in Russia in areas like Brest, Juchnow, Newel and Kurland.
