The tag or 'Erkennungsmarke' shows overall normal signs of wear. It belonged to a soldier who served in the 10.Flugsicherungs Kompanie Luftnachrichten Regiment 4. However in 1939 it only existed on paper and was not formed. No for a least a couple of years. In July 1943 it was formed, but in Oktober 1944 it was used to form the 15.Funkhorch Kompanie Luftnachrichten Regiment 353.
The 'O' on both parts of the tag stands for the soldier's bloodtype.
