Nice late war 1 Liter Wehrmacht Medical canteen with leather carrying strap.

The general condition of this canteen is very good. It is free of damage and shows only some light user wear. The leather carrying strap is present and fairly flexible.
The bakelite cup and canteen lid are both marked at the top and the flask is maker marked 'ESB' and dated '1943' in the neck. The leather of the harness is solid, but a bit dry. We did not disassemble it, as it is very tight on the canteen and we do not think it has been removed since the war.
All in all, a very nice and complete Wehrmacht Medical Canteen.
