The notice shows overall normal signs of wear. Heinrich Neumeier served in the 6.Kompanie Fallschirmjäger Regiment Hermann Göring. This regiment was also known as Divsion Hermann Göring and was formed in November 1942 from soldiers of Fallschirmjäger Regiment 5. It operated in Tunesia. From the thousands of Fallschirmjägers, approx. 400 died.
Heinrich Neumeier died on the 12th of December 1942.
