The tag or 'Erkennungsmarke' shows overall normal signs of wear. It belonged to a soldier who served within the Werftabteilung O. 19/XI Achmer. A Werftabteilung was a plane mechanic unit and in this case the unit was stationed on Fliegerhorst Achmer. The 'O' stands for Ortsgebunden or location-bound.
Hard to find tag.
