The Dienstglas shows overall normal signs of wear. The visibility is good (not perfect, but good!). Both lenses are in working order which means you can focus them. The stichtplatte is present in the right lense. The right side is marked with serial code: '81401', '6x30', 'Dienstglas' and 'H/6400' (meaning it has a strichtplatte). The left side is marked 'bmk' which means it was made by 'Srb & Stys' from 'Czechoslovakia' and with 'KF' (Kalterfest), meaning it's 'cold-resistant'.
