The piece shows overall normal signs of wear. The leather is supple and solid. Complete with both studs. Nicely marked with a 3-letter code 'emv' which means it was produced by 'Hertel & Reuss' from 'Kassel'. This is a rare manufacturer to come by. It's also dated '1941' and marked with a 'WaA' marking.
