Very nice 2-piece framed award document set in excellent condition.
The set shows overall normal signs of storage wear. They are named to a Gefreiten Kurt Leipert who served in the 6.Kompanie Schützen Regiment 74. This regiment was formed in October 1940 and was part of the 19.Panzer-Division. It saw its first combat during the invasion of Russia and operated in areas like Smolensk, Newel, Orel, Kiev, Belgorod.
In October 1942 the regiment was renamed into Panzergrenadier Regiment 74.
