The tag or 'Erkennungsmarke' shows overall signs of wear. It belonged to a soldier who was drafted in the Sammelkompanie leichte Flak Ersatz Abteilung 91. This unit was formed in December 1940 in Barth. It operated the entire war in the Barth area.
Nice and bit more uncommon Flak related tag.
The 'O' on both parts of the tag stands for the soldier's bloodtype.
