The photo shows overall normal signs of storage wear. It's complete with (replaced) paper caption on the back. General von Schobbert was the commander of the VII.Armeekorps when he earned the Ritterkreuz on the 29th of June 1940. He was killed in action on the 12th of September 1941 in Ukraine.
The photo is dated 15.09.1941. The size is 13cms*18cms.
