The tag shows overall normal signs of wear. It belonged to a soldier who served within the 4.grosse Kraftwagen Kolonne fur Betriebstoff 613. So this was a fuel transport unit. It was part of the Kraftwagen Transport Abteilung 613 which was later renamed into Kraftfahr Abteilung 613. This unit was formed in the winter of 1942/1943 with 6 Kolonnen and was put into action on the eastern front. In 1944 and 1945 it was put into action on the Western front.
The 'O' on both parts of the tag stands for the soldier's bloodtype.
