The tag or 'Erkennungsmarke' shows overall normal signs of wear. Its belonged to a soldier who was drafted in the Panzerjäger Ausbildungs Kompanie 2 which was probably part of the Panzerjäger Ausbildungs Abteilung 2.
The 'O' on both parts of the tag stands for the soldier's bloodtype.
