This grouping consist out of 3 award documents of Schützen Johann Eckert who served in the 4th Kompanie (M.G.) of Infanterie Regiment 97. He earned the Eisernes Kreuz 2.Klasse on the 22th of July 1942. He got the Krim shield on October 5th of 1942 which is facsimile signed by Erich von Manstein. The Verwundetenabzeichen in Schwarz Johann earned on the 27th of August 1943 for his wound he got 2 weeks earlier on the 14th of August. They must have heard his name wrong because and wrote down Hans instead of Johann. Or maybe his full name was Hans Johann Eckert?
