A very nice near mint pre-war Wehrmacht Canteen or 'Feldflasche' in slightly used, but very good condition.

The leather straps are solid, complete and supple. The Alluminium bottle is in excellent condition and marked by the maker 'CFL' and dated '1938'. The felt cover is complete with all the working push-buttons and also marked 'CFL38' (bit faded). The canteen comes with a black alluminium cup that is in excellent condition. Allmost all the paint is still present and it's nicely marked 'CFL38'. The screwcap and the strap that's holding the screwcap are also marked 'CFL38'.
Not an easy to find early and fully matching Wehrmacht canteen.
