The book shows overall signs of wear, but is in solid condition. It's complete with all 233 pages. Loads of illustrations, tactics and pictures. Printed in 1937. Its named to an Unteroffizier Walther Vogel who served in the 2.batterie Flak Regiment 74. I./Flak Regiment 74 was formed in October 1937 in Köln. In November 1938 the unit was used to formed the II.Abteilung Flak Regiment 14.
