Th tag or 'Erkennungsmarke' shows overall signs of wear. It belonged to soldier who served/was drafted in the 4.Kompanie Flieger Ausbildungs Regiment 32 Uetersen. This regiment was formed in April 1939 in Uetersen. In November 1939 the regiment moved to Pardubitz, Czech. In 1941 it was moved to Rochefort, Belgium and in early 1944 it was moved Angers.
From July 1944 the I.Abteilung was stationed in Brest and then Lorient. In October the regiment was disbanned except the I.Abteilung (1-5 Kompanie). This abteilung stayed in Festung St. Nazaire (France) till the end.
