The tag or 'Erkennungsmarke' shows signs of wear. It belonged to a soldier who served/was drafted in the '3.Batterie Flak Ersatz Abteilung 29'. This unit was formed in August 1939 in Frankfurt and was stationed in Germany. In 1941 it was converted into Flakscheinwerfer Ersatz Abteilung 29.
