The tag or 'Erkennungsmarke' shows overall normal signs of wear. It belonged to a soldier who was schooled/drafted in the Technische Kompanie Bordschützen Schule. This schule was formed in July 1940 as Fliegerschützenschule 1. It trained the gunners for the Luftwaffe.
The back is marked with 'LI', but what it means we don't know.
