Very nice press photograph in good condition of Knights Cross winner General der Flieger Bruno Loerzer.

The photographs shows overall normal signs of wear. It's complete with paper caption on the back. General Loerzer was the commander of the II.Fliegerkorps. Here he is awarded the Eisernes Kreuz 1.klasse to a Luftwaffe soldier. Note the other Ritterkreuzträger behind Loerzer, Oberstleutnant von Maltzahn.
Loerzer earned the Ritterkreuz in late May 1940. During the First World War Loerzer was a fighter ace and shot down a total of 44 planes.
The size of the photograph is 13cm*18cm. Dated 10 July 1942.
