The photographs shows overall normal signs of wear. It's complete with paper caption on the back. Generalfeldmarschall Ernst Wilhelm Bernard Busch was the commander of the 16.Armee the moment the photo was taken.
Ernst was awarded the Ritterkreuz on the 26th of Mai 1940 and the Ritterkreuz mit Eichenlaub in August 1943. Besides these 2 he earned a lot more awards/medals such as the Ostmedaille, Demjanskschild and 4x Wehrmachtbericht.
The other officer is General Christian Hansen who was awarded the Ritterkreuz in August 1941 and the Deutsches Kreuz in Gold in April 1943. He was the commanding General of the X. Armee-Korps.
