The piece shows overall normal signs of wear. The leather is supple and solid. Complete with both studs. Very nicely marked with the makers logo RUKA from Rathenow. This company was known to be the supplier of optical equipment to the Polizei and the Waffen-ss. Also very nicely dated 1940.
Nice spare part from a hard to find maker.
