Nice matching Wehrmacht Medical 1 liter canteen in 'as found' condition.

The overall condition of the canteen is used but good. Couple of moth holes, but most behind the straps. The leather straps are a bit stif, but in working order (handle with care, as always). The canteen and cup are also in used but good condition (please see the photos).
The leather strap, the canteen lid and the canteen are all marked with the code 'R.F.I', which indicates the maker is 'Rudolf Fissler KG' from 'Idar-Oberstein'. The same pieces are also marked with with the year of production '1940'. The bakelite cup is marked on top.
