The tag shows overall normal signs of wear. It belonged to a member/civlian who served within the Luftpark Paderborn. This was the supply and repair depots of Fliegerhorst Paderborn where aircraft were serviced, repaired, stored, or equipped before being sent to front-line units.
The 'A' in this particulair case doesn't mean a bloodtype, but means the tag belonged to a civilian that worked on the Luftpark.
