The document shows overall normal signs of storage wear. The medal was awarded to Feldwebel Willi Walkowiak on the 24th of October 1941. Willi srved in the Stabskompanie I.Bataillon Infanterie Regiment 307. This regiment was part of the 163.Infanterie-Division. This division operated the entire war in Norway and Finnland. The document is signed by General der Artillerie and Ritterkreuz wearer Erwin Engelbrecht.
