The document shows overall signs of wear. The document says that Unteroffizier Franz Beermann, who served in the Panzerjäger Kompanie Infanterie Ersatz Abteilung 68, was promoted to Feldwebel as of 1 December 1940. Infanterie Ersatz Regiment 68 was formed in August 1939 and trained/supplied soldiers for the 68.Infanterie-Division. The document is signed on the 7th of December 1940.
