Very nice Wehrmacht Flugzeugabwehr related Wehrpass in used, but very good condition.
The Wehrpass shows overall normal signs of wear. It's solid and complete with all pages. It's complete with portrait. It belonged to Gefreiten Alfons Bischof who served within the 2.Kompanie Fla-Bataillon 66. Alfons was drafted in the Fla.-Eratz-Kompanie 66 in early February 1941. In April of that year he served in the 2.Kompanie Fla.-Bataillon 66 and served in it untill he left the army.
His first assignment was to secure a part of the French coast in april/may 1941. From June 1941 onwards he operated on the eastern front and fought in Lemberg (Ukrain), ,Stalinlinie, Uman and Donez. After that the 'Gefechtskalender' stops.
From August 1943 till November 1943 Alfons served in the Genesenden-Kompanie Fla.Ers.u.Ausb.Btl.(mot.)66 due to injuries he had sustained.
What we do know is that the 2.Kompanie of this unit fought in the battle of Stalingrad and was destroyed during it.
Alfons earned the Verwundetenabzeichen in Schwarz , Ostmedaille , Verwundetenabzeichen in Silber , Eisernes Kreuz 2.Klasse.
