This ammo box used to hold 2 large 7,5 cm shells which where mainly used for the 'Panzerkampfwagen V' or 'Panther' Tank.

The overall condition is excellent. It is still completely in its original paint. The text on the front and top are fully intact. On the inside the racks, to hold the shells are for the most part gone. Part of a label can still be seen on the inside of the lid. It still has both carrying straps on the sides (1 carrying strap is partial torn off)

It weights approximately 7,2 kilos and the sizes are: 101cm x 29cm x 17cm.

Hard to find patronenkasten, especially in this condition.
