Does EA-Militaria ship worldwide?
Yes, we ship every 1-3 days worldwide. 

How long does an overseas shipment (outside Europe) take?
Usually, a parcel shipped from the Netherlands arrives in the country of destination within 1 week. Customs usually releases the parcel within a week, but! By law, the customs has 30 days to check and then release the package. Unfortunately, it therefore sometimes takes longer and EA-Militaria has no influence during this process.

Why haven't I received an order confirmation or track & trace e-mail?
Sometimes our e-mail ends up in your spam box, so please check this carefully.

I don't see any shipping options or payment methods in the checkout?
To see the different shipping options and payment methods in the checkout, you must first enter the required personal and address information indicated with an *.

Can I also pay by credit card?
Yes, but only via Paypal (for more information, see ‘Payment methods’ at the bottom of this page).

Is there somewhere I can read other customers experiences with EA-Militaria?
Yes other customers experiences can be read on Trustpilot.

Does EA-Militaria offer a payment plan?
Yes, we understand that some items are worth a lot of money. EA-Militaria offers, after consultation, a payment plan. If you have an item you would like to buy via a payment arrangement, you can request this via our contact form.

Is there a newsletter I can subscribe to?
No, we don't have a newsletter because we update almost every day of the week at different times.

When does EA-Militaria update new items?
We have daily updates at different times, so keep an eye on the website.

Does EA-Militaria provide a paid certificate of authenticity?
At EA-Militaria, we do not believe in paid certificates of authenticity. A paid certificates of authenticity is a printed piece of paper based on a seller's opinion and experience. No paid piece of paper is required when you buy an item from us. Your 'certificate' is the order confirmation you receive by mail. We rely on our own experience and research and stand behind the authenticity of the items we offer. In addition, we have a 100% return policy should an item not be original (unless it is clearly stated that an item was made post-war).

Why can't I copy pictures of items from the website?
Our photos are copyright protected. If you would like to receive photos, you can request them by using the contact form.

 

Shipping Information
The best shipping rates and shipping options:
We've built a special shipping matrix into our checkout that offers different shipping options based on the contents of your shopping cart. This way we offer our customers the best (and cheapest!) shipping options. 

Shipping costs: 
When you go through our checkout, you will need to enter your delivery address (see step 3 down below). When doing so, our website will calculate different shipping options adjusted to the contents of your shopping cart and your address. 

Insured shipping:
Based on the contents of your cart, we offer insured shipping options up to €50, up to €500 and if the contents of your cart exceed €500, there will be an additional choice to fully insure your package (at an additional cost).

Shipping company:
We ship our parcels via MyParcel (PostNL), DHL and, upon request, FedEx (costs need to be calculated).

Shipping update (track & trace information): 
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an e-mail with the track & trace information. You can also find this track & trace information in your account if you are logged in.

When do we ship:
We aim for 1-3 days after receiving your order. If we are at a militaria fair that lasts longer than 2 days, it may take a little longer.



How to place an Order
Down below step-by-step; what to do when ordering an item:

1) If you want to add a product to your cart, click on the black ‘Add to cart’  button underneath the product.

2) When you want to order the item(s) in your cart, click on the ‘Mini Cart’  Icon on the top right of the website, and click on the black ‘Proceed to Checkout’ button.

3) Fill in the mandatory information (the fields marked with an *), select the shipping option you prefer, select the payment method you prefer and click on the black ‘Place Order’ button.

* If you choose the option 'Cash or Wise', we ask you to indicate in the 'Delivery Comment' where you want to pick up your item(s) or whether you want to pay via Wise.

4) You will be directed to the page where you can fulfill the payment through the method you chose (unless chosen for the ‘Cash or Wise’ option).

5) When finished, you will receive an order confirmation via e-mail (If you have not received our mail, remember to check your spam box).

  • Credit Card via Paypal: Payment by credit card is possible, but only if you have linked your credit card to your paypal account. If you want to make use of this option, please let us know the following information via the contact form
    - Which item number(s) you would like to order
    - Your delivery address
    - Your paypal address
