The binocular shows overall normal signs of wear. It's a pre war, heavy quality produced example. They are in working order which means you an focus the lenses. The visibility is slightly foggy (see the last photos). The strichplatte in the right lens is still present. The right side is marked with 'Dienstglas, 6x30, serialnumber 129457, H/6400 and the 'M' which stands for Metrisch (Metric). One screw on this side is missing. The left side is marked by the maker 'Spindler & Hoyer' from Gottingen. This maker is a bit harder to find amongst the Wehrmacht binoculars. 
The lower bridge is marked with 2 'WaA' markings.
