The dog tag or 'Erkennungsmarke' shows normal signs of wear. It belonged to a soldier who was drafted in the 4.Kompanie Infanterie Ersatz Bataillon 514. It was formed in December 1940 in Dresden and was part of the Division 154. There is not a lot known about which units they trained and supplied soldiers for.
The soldier's bloodtype was misstamped, then corrected, but additional 'A's were added.
