Very nice Wehrmacht Flak related tag in used, but excellent condition.
The tag or 'Erkennungsmarke' shows overall normal signs of wear. It belonged to a soldier who served in the 10.batterie II.Abteilung Flak Regiment (motgl.) 22. This abteilung was formed in april 1935 with 3 batteries (6.-8.batterie) and was enlarged to a total of 10 batteries in November 1938. In September 1939 it operated under the Armee Oberkommando 8 in the south of Poland and from 1940 untill late 1944 it operated in France. It operated in areas like Rennes, Le Mans and Bordeaux, but also Amiens and Arras.
In December 1944 it participated in the Ardennes battle as part of the III.Flakkorps.
The '(motgl.)" on the tag stands for 'motorisiert geländegängig/Gleiskette' which means the flak canon was mounted on a tracked (armoured) vehicle.
