The Cutter shows signs of use. Handles and teeth are intact and in working order. This Wire Cutter was probably attached to a vehicle (hence the Tan color). It's nicely maker marked 'Wilh.Koberu.Co' from 'Suhl', dated '1938', 'WaA' marked and 'H'(eeres) marked.
