These boots definitely have seen some combat. They have the real ''been there'' patina. The leather on the back and the ankles is souple. The nose is stiff. But overall they are solid. All eyelets and hooks are present. The left boot has a period repair. The length of the soles is 29cm. The laces were added later, but are period. Still a very nice and affordable pair to add on a mannequin display.
