It's marked on the other side with 'H.M.Z.38' which indicates it was produced by 'Hessische Metallwarenfabrik' from 'Ziegenhain' in '1938'. The blade is also marked by the same maker and marked 'Rostfrei', meaning it is made of stainless steel.
