Very nice medical pouch for an Sanitäter or Arzt filled with instruments.

The overall condition of the set is excellent. The black leather pouch is nicely maker marked 'Jkh43' meaning it's made by 'Karl Busse Ausruestungsgegenstaende' from 'Mainz' and made in '1943'. The linnen pouch on the inside contains multiple instruments. Both pouches are also named to Sanitätsunteroffizier 'Hermann Nützler' . It also appears to have a Feldpost number '27205', which refers to 'Regimentsstab Flak Regiment 142'. This regiment was formed in January 1942 and was part of Flakgruppe Lappland.
