Death notice card of Unteroffizier Josef Dicken who died on the Russian front.

The card shows overall normal signs of wear. Josef died (by a exploding mine) on the 14 Januari 1943 in Dubrowo. He is burried on the war cemetery in Duchowschtschina, block 20 among the unknown. Josef must have started as a Heer soldier and later switched to the 1.Kompanie Fallschirm Pionier Bataillon according to the info we found.
