The document shows normal signs of wear. Complete with large sized portrait of Richard Eberts who served in Infanterie Ersatz Bataillon 15 (mot.). This unit was formed in August 1939 in Kassel. It trained and supplied soldiers for Infanterie Regiment 15 which was part of the 27.Infanterie-Division.
The license is dated Februari 1940.
