The document shows normal signs of wear. Complete with large sized portrait of Heinz Perlitz who served in 3.Kompanie Panzer Aufklärung Ersatz und Ausbildung Abteilung 4. This unit was formed in October 1941 as Kradschutzen Ersatz Bataillon 4. In April 1943 it was renamed in to the Ersazt und Ausbildung Abteilung 4. As of August 1943 the abteilung fell under the command of Kommandeur der Panzertruppen III. An extra page was period added in the license that says Heinz was allowed to drive also class 2 and 3.
