Very nice aluminium Wehrmacht belt buckle with leather tab in used, but very good condition.

The buckle shows overall normal signs of wear. It's nicely marked 'J.M.O.37' which means it was produced by 'Julius Maurer' from 'Oberstein Nahe'. It's complete with leather tab which is also (vague) marked bij the same maker. The tab is also marked '3./N.24' which means that the soldier served in the 3.Kompanie Infanterie-Divsions Nachrichten Abteilung 24. This unit was part of the 24.Infanterie-Division. A division with a rich (fighting) history.
