Very nice early World War 1 Kaiserliche Marine produced 8,8cm shell casing in very good condition.
The casing shows overall normal signs of wear. It's made out of brass. It was produced by the Patronenfabrik Karlsruhe in the year 1914. It was ammunition for the 8.8 cm SK L/30 (SK - Schnelladekanone) which was used by the Kaiserliche marine on many different boats/ships. It was also the standard canon on the German U-boots since the start of the First World War.
The markings on the bottom are clearly visible.
Hard to upgrade.
