The cutters show overall normal signs of use. It's in working order. Marked with a makers initials 'HDK'. It's not dated and has no WaA markings. This maker produced cutters for the Wehrmacht, but also for the NVA straight after the war. It looks and feels like a period one, but lacking the WaA marking. Therefor we priced it lower than normal.
