Nice and harder to find variant of the Verwundetenabzeichen in Schwarz award document in worn condition.
The document shows overall signs of wear. It has a small (tape) repair on the back, but for the rest its pretty solid. It's named to Sanitäts Unteroffizier Alois Brunnegger who served in the 1.Kompanie Pionier Bataillon 112. This unit was formed in December 1940 and was part of the 112.Infanterie-Division. It has a very rich history which can be found online.
The document is signed by Hauptmann Bonenkamp
